We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you:

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and email delivery.
• Instagram & other social platforms— only when you follow an outbound link. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to keep the site working; we do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. We keep booking requests, sponsorship inquiries, and newsletter subscriptions so we can inform you about future editions of Defend & Flow and related experiences, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@defendandflow.com. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at the same address. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Our experiences and website are intended for adults 18 and older. We may update this policy from time to time; when we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
