Welcome to Defend & Flow. By using this website, booking a session, attending an experience, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Experiences

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Defend & Flow.
  • Participation is at your own risk. Our experiences involve physical movement, including self-defense drills, breathwork, and heels practice.
  • You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your safe participation.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an experience. If we cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled date or refund.

Digital Products

Digital routines and downloadable content are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access with others.

Refunds

Refund eligibility for private sessions, experiences, and digital products is communicated at the time of booking or purchase. Please email contact@defendandflow.com with any refund request.

Defend & Flow is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new physical practice. By participating you release Defend & Flow, its instructors, and its partners from liability for injury or loss arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Defend & Flow name, logo, imagery, copy, and digital routines — is owned by Defend & Flow and may not be used without written permission.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship arrangements are governed by a separate agreement executed between Defend & Flow and the sponsoring brand. The sponsorship deck is informational and does not constitute a contract.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our experiences after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
